Experience the World's Largest Beer Festival. Join us for an unforgettable day at Munich's world-famous Oktoberfest, the largest folk festival in the world! Every year, millions of visitors from around the globe gather in Bavaria's capital to celebrate German tradition with lively music, festive beer tents, delicious food, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

Itinerary (subject to change)

DAY 1:
Our journey begins with an early morning departure from Baumholder Smith Barracks USO (Building 8106) at 05:30 AM, followed by a departure from Ramstein Autohof at 06:15 AM (parking available for a fee) and at 06:45 AM from Kaiserslautern Daennerplatz P+R parking lot. Departure from Böblingen, PX parking lot at 09:15 AM.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive through southern Germany as we make our way to Munich. A comfort stop will be made along the route.

Upon arrival, you'll have several hours of free time to experience Oktoberfest at your own pace. Stroll through the festival grounds, visit the famous beer tents, enjoy traditional Bavarian specialties such as pretzels, roasted chicken, bratwurst, and apple strudel, or take a ride on one of the exciting carnival attractions. Whether you're raising a stein of locally brewed beer, shopping for souvenirs, or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Your tour escort will provide information about the festival and recommend meeting points and helpful tips to make the most of your visit.

In the early evening, we depart Munich and begin our return journey to Germany's Kaiserslautern Military Community, with a comfort stop en route. We expect to arrive back at our departure points late in the evening, bringing home wonderful memories of one of Germany's most iconic celebrations.
